NUST & iENGINEERING CORPORATION ORGANISED A BUSINESS PITCH EVENT TO OFFER SEED MONEY

In collaboration with NUST Innovation & Commercialisation (I&C) Directorate, iENGINEERING Corporation Islamabad organised a business pitch event on July 28, 2021. The event was held in continuation of the I&C Directorate’s efforts in taking projects ahead of prototyping and transforming them into commercial entities.
The two finalists of Finding Innovative and Creative Solutions for Society (FICS NUST) were evaluated on the quality of a business plan, operations, scalability, and sustainability of their developed projects. Moreover, entrepreneurial thought process and enthusiasm in carrying these projects ahead was one of the key considerations.
A similar event is planned for the next month. At the end of the series, the winning team will be placed at NUST TechOne (Technology Incubation Centre – NUST) as well as provided seed funding.
